Our Mission & Purpose

Project Starfish aims to cultivate an ecosystem whereby the displaced talent of the world can enter Canada as contributing members of the Canadian economy, either as permanent residents or work permit holders. This allows such individuals to thrive as empowered and integrated members of society, instead of solely as refugees.

Project Starfish helps displaced talent by:

01

Prepare for job interviews while residing in refugee camps

02

Provide resume writing services

03

Connect displaced talent to job opportunities in Canada through FCCCO's members

Our Trusted Collaborators

The France Canada Chamber of Commerce (ON, MB), in partnership with the International Organization for Migration and Fragomen, is developing Project Starfish: an initiative designed to create meaningful opportunities for displaced individuals, enabling them to lead dignified lives while making valuable contributions to the economy.

The Change We Create

Enhances a company's global outlook by creating active social impact and strengthening international affiliations

Fosters an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects global talent
